Figure 5-1 displays a line chart describing average bulk fuel driver productivity relative to performance targets set by the participating motor carrier, following deployment of wireless communications and GPS. The observations are reported as weekly averages for each of 11 weeks. Two lines are presented, one line connecting the weekly observations and the second line a linear trend line.
The observations are:

- Week 5: 83.8%
- Week 6: 85.7%
